Licence to use the CryptoEnigma application

1. Subject of the license

  1. The subject of this license is to enable the User to use the CryptoEnigma application ("Application") during the period for which it was issued. The license may be free during the specified period, but we reserve the right to charge for the use of the Application at any time, after informing the User in advance.

2. License Scope

  1. The license includes the right to use the Application by the User in accordance with its intended purpose, i.e. data encryption and decryption using cryptographic algorithms provided by the Application.
  2. The license does not include the right to modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Application. You also have no right to share, sell, sublicense or transfer the Application in whole or in part to third parties without our express written consent.

3. License term

  1. The license is valid for the period specified by us at the time of issue. After this period, the license automatically expires.
  2. If fees for using the Application are introduced, the license is extended only if the User pays the appropriate amount.

4. Final Provisions

  1. Any disputes arising from this license will be settled by the court competent for our company's registered office.
  2. We reserve the right to terminate this license immediately if you breach this license.
  3. This license constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between us and you regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, oral or written, including any terms and conditions of purchase.

By agreeing to this license, the User confirms that he/she has read its provisions and accepts them in their entirety.
