Terms of use of the CryptoEnigma website

1. Definitions

  1. Service - means a service provided by the Website, enabling the User to use it via devices with Internet access.
  2. Website - means a website and applications, tools and services that enable the Users to use the Service.
  3. User – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that uses the Service.

2. Terms of Service

  1. The User may use the Service only on the terms set out in these regulations.
  2. The User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the law, decency, and the provisions of these regulations.
  3. It is forbidden to use the Service in a way that is harmful to the Website, its Users or third parties.
  4. You may not share your account with others.
  5. The User is obliged to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  6. The Website is not responsible for the content provided by Users as part of the Service.
  7. The user is obliged to keep his password and login confidential.
  8. The website reserves the right to suspend or delete the User's account in the event of violation of the provisions of these regulations.

3. Responsibility

4. Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations and any agreements concluded between the User and the Website are subject to Polish law.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of the Website.
  3. If any of the provisions of these regulations are deemed invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions of the regulations remain in force.
  4. The Regulations come into force on the day of its publication on the website of the Service.
